The client locks the whole job in USDC or EURC up front. Each milestone is released on approval, and if the client goes quiet past the review window, the freelancer claims it. Everything settles on Arc with sub-second finality and fees paid in USDC.

1. Funded up front. The freelancer can see the money is there before starting.
2. Silence pays. No response within the review window lets the freelancer claim.
3. Revisions are capped. At most 3 per milestone, so review can't be used to stall.
4. Deadlines protect the client. An unsubmitted milestone can be reclaimed after its deadline.
5. Settle without an arbiter. Either side proposes a split, the other accepts.
